The Heartbeat Behind It All
I Am Proof Ministries was birthed from Richard Gomez’s own personal journey—from a life of violent crime, to spending most of his adolescent years behind bars, including seven years in solitary confinement, to the radical love and redemption of Jesus Christ. What began as a deeply personal transformation has grown into a ministry with one mission: to bring the tangible love of God to those the world overlooks—the least of these.
We take the Gospel beyond the walls of the church and into the streets—feeding the hungry, praying for the broken, and welcoming the homeless into fellowship with Father God and a loving church family.
Richard’s testimony is living proof that no life is too far gone. I Am Proof brings Jesus to the homeless, helpless, and lost. There’s nothing He won't do to find you, and bring you home to Him if you will simply call upon the Name of Jesus. You can watch the powerful interview

I first met Richard when he came to my Saturday Outreach Service. That night, he put his faith in Jesus Christ and rededicated his life to Christ.
